Men's Retreat
After the great success of last year's Men's Lenten Pilgrimage, we are delighted to offer again a retreat for men in the Diocese of Nottingham on Saturday 23rd March at Mount St Bernard Abbey, Coalville.
Join other men from across the Diocese for a Lenten gathering to celebrate the Year of Prayer.
The day's theme is the Year of Prayer and will be led by the monks from of the Abbey, with talks and opportunities for prayer, reflection, confession, Mass and a tour of the Abbey. Please bring your own packed lunch.
The day will begin at 10.30am and finish around 3.30pm.
Please note that this is an event for those aged 18 and over.
The cost is £12.00 per person.

Lenten Chamber Concert
An evening of Lenten Chamber music with the Cathedral Choir, the Boys’ Choir and Girls’ Choir accompanied by the youngest professional Viol Consort in the UK featuring Buxtehude’s great work and other Lenten music.

Women's Retreat
After the great success of previous events, we are delighted to invite you to our Lenten Women's Pilgrimage in The Holy Trinity Parish, Newark on Saturday 9th March.
Join other women from across the Diocese for a Lenten gathering to celebrate the Year of Prayer.
Two speakers on the day; Sister Dorothy Paul and Alison Riggott.
We will celebrate Mass, have lunch together (please bring your own packed lunch) and then enjoy some time for Personal Prayer, Social Time, Reflection and Confession.
The day will begin at 10.00am and finish around 3.30pm, when you can either spend your own free time exploring Newark or make your way home.
Please note that this is an event for those aged 18 and over.
The cost is £12.00 per person.

Crafting Sessions
How Crafty Do You Think You Are? - A new venture for Mondays. 10am-12.pm in the Church Hall starting from Monday 17th October. All welcome for coffee/tea/chat and craft.
Bring your knitting, crochet or other crafty creations and have a chat at the same time.
This is a lovely opportunity to start the week in a positive way, as the Hall is such a light and airy space to work in. Register any interest with Ann Hargreaves on 01629 582529.
The Tour of the Relics of St Bernadette
Visiting Scunthorpe and Nottingham as part of the tour of England, Wales and Scotland, the relics will move to Nottingham Cathedral, arriving early evening to be welcomed by Bishop Patrick McKinney.
There will be various celebrations at the Cathedral and an all-night vigil, before the relics depart for Birmingham on the morning of the 7th October.

Rodsley Pilgrimage : St Ralph Sherwin
Pilgrims meet at 3pm at the Rodsley Crossroads to process while praying the Rosary to the field where St Ralph’s first home stood for the celebration of Mass. This year Rt Rev. Patrick McKinney, Bishop of Nottingham, will lead the pilgrimage, presiding and preaching at the Mass, which will begin at 3:15pm.

The Diocese of Nottingham's Annual Pilgrimage to Walsingham will be returning after a 2 year absence on Saturday 11th June. Walsingham, known as England's Nazareth, is an incredible place. So we are offering for Young Adults a mini retreat starting on Friday 10th June and finishing after the pilgrimage on Saturday 11th.

Beauvale Pilgrimage
The pilgrimage will begin with a procession from the lane to the ruins of the Abbey with praying of the Rosary at 3pm. This will be followed by the celebration of Mass by Rt Rev. Patrick McKinney, Bishop of Nottingham.

Melwood Pilgrimage
The day starts with a procession at noon from a nearby lane to the farm where Mass is said in a barn by Rt Rev. Patrick McKinney, Bishop of Nottingham. After Mass people have a picnic in the vicinity. It is recommended to take a chair.
